DELIVERY METHODS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amson. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer two delivery methods for your convenience. Our standard delivery includes curbside delivery, where the delivery team will unload your furniture from the truck and leave it at the curb. Our white glove delivery includes inside delivery, where the delivery team will bring your furniture inside your home, assemble it, and remove all packaging materials. Additional charges apply for white glove delivery and can be provided upon request.
